		<description>You are absolutely right about the way society has become slacking in simple physical activity.  I'm not talking about anaerobic activity that stems from working and being on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift, but I'm talking about pure working out in a gym or home.  Even something as simple as a 15 minute walk around the neighborhood after a good meal (like dinner) is barely existent.  With all of the emphasis on improving one's health through diet and exercise, isn't it "odd" that the states incorporates the highest rate of overweight people in the world?  Could it be that because of all of the technology our society enjoys that we are all lacking in basic physical fitness like you mentioned in your blog or could it be plain-ole laziness?</description>
